Ilham Aliyev raised the issue of the liberation of our lands from occupation at the 7th CICA summit

President Ilham Aliyev in his speech at the 7th CICA summit addressed the issue of the liberation of our lands from occupation.

As reported by AZERTAC, noting that in July and August 2020 Armenia carried out military provocations that resulted in the deaths of Azerbaijani servicemen, the head of state said that the patience of the Azerbaijani people had thus been exhausted and the time for reckoning had come. Emphasizing that the Patriotic War lasted 44 days, the President said that during this period Azerbaijan expelled Armenian occupiers from the seized lands and liberated more than 300 cities and villages on the battlefield. On November 10, 2020, Armenia signed the act of capitulation.
