Ilham Aliyev: Azerbaijan plays an increasingly important role as a connecting hub in Eurasia

Azerbaijan, geographically located at the crossroads of Asia and Europe, is playing an increasingly important role as a connecting hub in the Eurasian space.

As reported by AZERTAC, President Ilham Aliyev stated this in his speech at the VII CICA Summit.

"The political, economic, transport, energy, and humanitarian cooperation of our country with many states within bilateral and multilateral formats, in turn, strengthens the security system in our region," the head of state noted.
