Ilham Aliyev: Our country is known as a pan-European energy supplier

We believe that the work carried out within the framework of COP29, and the decision to hold the conference in Azerbaijan, demonstrate our country's very responsible approach to energy resources.

As reported by AZERTAG, this was stated by President Ilham Aliyev in his speech at the opening ceremony of the XII Global Baku Forum.

"I would like to emphasize once again that our country not only has no shortage of energy resources, but on the contrary, today it exports electricity to dozens of countries, and natural gas to 12 countries. 10 of them are European, and it is no coincidence that our country is known as a pan-European energy supplier," the head of state emphasized.
