Euronews office opened in Baku

The opening ceremony of the Euronews office - one of the leading European TV channels broadcasting worldwide in 20 languages - took place in Baku.

As BAKU.WS reports with reference to Report, Pedro Vargas David, the chairman of the TV channel's board, delivered a welcome speech.

As part of the event, some of the projects implemented by Euronews to this day in cooperation with Azerbaijan were presented.

There was also a recording of an episode of Eurasia Talks, containing interviews with leaders of Central Asian and South Caucasus countries about key political, economic and social processes affecting the region's relations with Europe.

Then the event continued with a cultural program.
