Congratulations continue to arrive for President Ilham Aliyev

The President of the Maldives Republic Mohamed Muizzu sent a congratulatory letter to his Azerbaijani counterpart Ilham Aliyev.

As reported by AZERTAG, the message states:

"Your Excellency.

I am very pleased to convey to Your Excellency, the Government and people of Azerbaijan the heartfelt congratulations and warm wishes from the Government and people of the Maldives on the occasion of your country's Independence Day. This historic holiday symbolizes the independence and self-determination of the Azerbaijani people, their unity and resilience.

The Republic of Maldives is committed to deepening bilateral relations and developing partnership between our countries in the interests of both states.

I am confident that the friendly relations between our countries will strengthen in the years to come.
