The clinic and medical faculty of Karabakh University will start functioning in September this year.
As APA reports, this was announced by Azerbaijan's Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullayev at a briefing.
He noted that students who will enter Karabakh University next year will be exempt from tuition fees and will be provided with dormitory accommodation.
