Minister: Azerbaijan and UAE signed a comprehensive economic partnership agreement
During the meeting with the President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, held as part of the official visit of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev to the UAE, the "Agreement on Comprehensive Economic Partnership between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the United Arab Emirates" was signed.
As reported by BAKU.WS, the Minister of Economy of Azerbaijan Mikayil Jabbarov announced this on his account on the social network X.
"The signing of this document, which provides for further strengthening of economic cooperation and trade liberalization, is an important stage in the strategic relations between Azerbaijan and the UAE and creates an important foundation for the development of a sustainable economy based on knowledge and innovation that meets future challenges.
The document will open new opportunities for increasing investments between our countries, developing industry, trade, agriculture, renewable energy, finance, tourism, logistics, construction and other areas, as well as further expand cooperation between business circles," the publication states.
