Mikail Jabbarov met with the CEO of Japan Tobacco International

Minister of Economy Mikail Jabbarov held a meeting with the Chief Executive Officer of Swiss company Japan Tobacco International, Eddy Pirard.

Information was presented about the favorable economic opportunities and business environment of our country, as well as prospects for industrial development and measures for production localization.

The parties discussed the company's activities in our country, legislation related to tobacco product manufacturing and excise tax application, as well as opportunities for investing in social projects in Azerbaijan.
