Zelenskyy signed laws on the extension of martial law and mobilization
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky signed laws extending martial law and mobilization in Ukraine for three months.
As reported by BAKU.WS, this was announced by the press service of the Verkhovna Rada.
"Volodymyr Zelensky signed laws according to which martial law and general mobilization are extended for 90 days - from November 5, 2025," the publication posted on the parliament's Telegram channel states.
Earlier, the Rada approved draft laws on the extension of martial law and mobilization from November 5 for 90 days, that is, until February 3, 2026. Martial law and mobilization, first declared in Ukraine in February 2022, are being extended for the 17th time. Due to this, neither parliamentary, nor presidential, nor local elections are being held in the country.
