President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky received a draft agreement from the American side on the peaceful end of the Russian-Ukrainian war.
As reported by BAKU.WS, this was announced by the Office of the Ukrainian leader in their Telegram channel.
"The President of Ukraine has officially received from the American side a draft plan which, according to US assessment, may activate diplomacy," the message states.
Zelensky's office emphasized that the Ukrainian side confirmed its readiness to work constructively with American partners, as well as with European and other international participants.
"The President of Ukraine plans to discuss diplomatic opportunities and basic conditions for achieving peace with US President Donald Trump in the coming days," the statement notes.
Earlier, Western media reported about a US-developed plan to end the Russian-Ukrainian war, comprising 28 points. According to several sources, it supposedly involves Ukraine giving up the part of Donbas controlled by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, reducing military aid to Kyiv, and recognizing Russian as a state language.
