Turkey and Armenia simplify visa procedure
As part of the agreement reached between the special representatives for normalization of relations between Turkey and Armenia, a decision has been made to simplify the visa procedure for holders of diplomatic, service and special passports of both countries.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to TRT Haber, this information was distributed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkey.
It is reported that holders of diplomatic, service and special passports of both countries will be able to receive an electronic visa (e-visa) free of charge from January 1, 2026.
"In this regard, Turkey and Armenia reaffirm their commitment to continue the normalization process between the two countries without imposing any preconditions," the statement says.
