Trump Doubted That the Shooting at a Reception He Attended Was Connected to Iran

US President Donald Trump expressed doubt that the shooting incident at the White House Correspondents' Association dinner at the Washington Hilton hotel, in which the head of the White House was participating, was connected to the American military operation against Iran, BAKU.WS reports citing TASS.

"I don't think so, but you never know for sure," the American leader said at a press conference after the incident in response to the relevant question.

Trump also suggested that he could have been the target of the shooter.

"I believe [so]," the American leader responded to the relevant question from journalists during the press conference.
