Trump confirmed that he wants to involve the Kurds in the operation against Iran
US President Donald Trump confirmed that he supports the idea of involving the Kurds in a US-Israeli military operation against Iran.
The head of the White House made this statement in an interview with Reuters, commenting on the question of possible participation of Kurdish formations in the campaign against Iran.
"I think it's wonderful that they want to do it," the politician noted.
Trump declined to specify whether the US would be prepared to provide the Kurds with air support in the event of their involvement in the operation. "I can't tell you that," the American leader stated.
