The White House made a statement about agreements with Russia and Ukraine

US representatives agreed with delegations from Russia and Ukraine at a meeting in Saudi Arabia's Riyadh to ensure safe navigation, exclude the use of force, and prevent the use of commercial vessels for military purposes in the Black Sea.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to RBC, this was announced by the White House press service.
Among other things, Washington and Kyiv intend to develop a mechanism to prohibit strikes on energy infrastructure facilities in Russia and Ukraine.
The parties "welcomed the good intentions of third countries aimed at supporting the implementation of energy and maritime agreements."
The United States promised Russia to help "restore access to the global market for agricultural products and fertilizers exports, reduce maritime insurance costs, and expand access to ports and payment systems for such transactions." During negotiations with the Ukrainian delegation, Washington representatives expressed readiness to facilitate the exchange of prisoners of war, detainees, and the return of displaced children.
Washington, Moscow, and Kyiv "will continue to work towards achieving a lasting and enduring peace," according to the White House statement. US President Donald Trump considers "stopping the killings on both sides" of the conflict a necessary step for this, for which the American side will facilitate the negotiation process.
The negotiations took place in Riyadh on March 23-25 at the level of expert groups.
