The Iranian parliament approved a plan to suspend cooperation with the IAEA

The Committee on National Security and Foreign Policy of the Islamic Consultative Assembly (unicameral parliament) of Iran has approved a plan to suspend cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
This was reported by the Iranian agency Tasnim, citing the committee representative Ibrahim Rezaei.
According to him, committee members approved a plan that obliges governments to "suspend cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency".
"Based on this plan, the government will be obliged to completely suspend any cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency," he emphasized, clarifying that interaction with the IAEA includes installing surveillance cameras at nuclear facilities, conducting inspections, admitting inspectors, and submitting reports to the agency.
"The suspension of cooperation will continue until the complete security of the countries' nuclear centers is guaranteed," Rezaei added.
