Iran damaged communication and radar equipment at no fewer than seven U.S. military facilities in the Middle East during the first three days of hostilities.

As reported by BAKU.WS, this was announced by The New York Times (NYT), citing satellite data.

The newspaper conducted an analysis of satellite images and video footage confirming damage inflicted by the Iranian military from February 28 to March 2. The publication writes that the footage shows damage to radar systems used for detecting ballistic missiles, as well as satellite communication antennas and their protective covers. The newspaper suggested that through its strikes, Iran sought to disrupt communication between American forces in the same way it did during the escalation in June of last year.

According to the analysis, Iran's strikes allegedly damaged equipment at U.S. military facilities in Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates, as well as at Al Udeid, the largest American military base in the Middle East, located in Qatar. The press office of the U.S. Central Command declined to comment on the newspaper's report.
