Instagram blogger died during plastic surgery

A tragic incident occurred in São Paulo, Brazil, where well-known Instagram influencer and successful businesswoman Natalia Cavanellas Tomazella died right on the operating table.

As reported by BAKU.WS, 40-year-old Natalia was undergoing a complex aesthetic procedure that simultaneously included liposuction, buttock augmentation, and breast implant replacement. The tragedy occurred during the final stage of the operation - during the injection of fat into the buttocks, the woman's heart stopped. Despite emergency resuscitation efforts, doctors were unable to save the patient's life.

Police have launched an investigation, classifying the case as a suspicious death. The surgeon's lawyers suggest that the cause could have been pulmonary embolism - blockage of blood vessels by fat particles. This is a rare but extremely dangerous complication known in medical practice. The exact cause of death will be established after a forensic examination.

According to relatives, Natalia had no health problems and had previously undergone several aesthetic operations without any complications.

It is worth noting that Natalia was the founder of a PR agency, a successful entrepreneur, and an active social media user with almost 100 thousand followers. In March of this year, the São Paulo municipality recognized her as one of the most successful female entrepreneurs of the year.

Natalia was the mother of a girl. In his statement, her husband said: "Natalia was not only beautiful and successful, but also strong, cheerful, and loving woman. I will always tell our daughter Manoelle about what a wonderful mother she was, and I will cherish her memory."
