In Russia, 20 child athletes were poisoned in a hotel

The Prosecutor's Office of the Lazarevsky district of Sochi has begun an investigation into the mass poisoning of children that occurred at one of the resort hotels. The relevant information was published in the Telegram channel of the supervisory authority.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to the Prosecutor's Office Telegram channel, the incident took place in the Loo settlement. The victims were athletes aged 10 to 12 years who arrived in Sochi to participate in rugby competitions. In total, medical assistance was provided to 20 children and their accompanying adults, but no one required hospitalization.

The Prosecutor's Office emphasized that the course of the investigation and its results are under special control of the supervisory authority.
