Fuel sale restrictions introduced in the United Kingdom
Against the backdrop of the war in Iran, the United Kingdom has been forced to impose restrictions on fuel sales to owners of agricultural machinery.
As reported by BAKU.WS citing The Daily Telegraph newspaper, this was stated by Anglia Farmers representative Patrick Crehan.
The publication clarifies that limits on red diesel fuel for farmers have been established in the English county of Essex and some regions of Scotland.
"Wholesale suppliers have had to reduce orders to meet as many requests as possible. Instead of simply delivering 10,000 liters to one farmer, they have to deliver 2,000 liters to different ones," the company representative stated.
