An explosion occurred at a fireworks factory in China, there are injured and missing people

An explosion thundered early in the morning at a fireworks factory in Hunan province in southern China.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Gazeta.ru, the incident occurred around 08:23 near Shanzhou village. A thick column of black smoke in the shape of a "mushroom" rose into the sky, which was captured on video by eyewitnesses.

Firefighters, police, and medics are working at the scene. According to the newspaper, nine people were rescued, some of them were injured. At least two people are considered missing, search and rescue operations continue.
