The trip of a Russian citizen of Azerbaijani origin, Turab Zeynalov, to Armenia attracted widespread attention.
As reported by Oxu.Az, he shared his impressions of his trip to Yerevan in a video published on his YouTube channel.
Turab Zeynalov said that he traveled to Armenia with acquaintances to attend a friends' wedding. He admitted that he was worried about possible problems entering the country due to his Azerbaijani origin.
According to him, he had to wait about three hours at the border checkpoint. Officials asked him questions about his last trip to Azerbaijan, after which they allowed him to enter the country.
Zeynalov also said that he visited different parts of Yerevan. In his opinion, some features of the Armenian capital are reminiscent of Baku.
