On January 28, U.S. President Donald Trump announced that the U.S. Navy had sent a major Armed Forces group led by the aircraft carrier Abraham Lincoln to the Middle East. He warned Tehran about the possible use of force if Iranian authorities refuse to conclude an agreement.
