A famous actor bought a luxurious house for 37 million dollars

American actor Mark Wahlberg has purchased a luxurious estate in southern Florida for $37 million, reports the New York Post.

The property is located in the gated community Stone Creek Ranch, situated in the western part of Delray Beach. The lakefront lot occupies about one hectare, and the house area is approximately 1.6 thousand square meters. The building itself was valued at $32.6 million, but including the furniture, the transaction price increased to $37 million. However, the final amount was significantly lower than the initial one - the estate was originally listed for sale in March 2025 for $45 million.

The mansion's interior features high ceilings and an abundance of wooden and marble elements. The house includes an office, home theater, gym, sauna, and massage room. Additionally, the property has a tennis court and a swimming pool.
