1. People with hypotension (low blood pressure)
Beetroot juice significantly lowers blood pressure. If you have hypotension, it can cause weakness, dizziness, and even fainting.
2. People with kidney stones
Beets contain oxalates, which can trigger kidney stone formation. If you have a predisposition to urolithiasis, be careful.
3. People with stomach diseases
Beetroot juice has high acidity and can worsen gastritis, ulcers, or heartburn. Doctors advise diluting the juice with water or avoiding it altogether if you have such problems.
4. Diabetics – be careful!
Beets contain a lot of natural sugars, which means their juice can sharply increase blood glucose levels. For diabetes, consumption should be strictly limited.
5. People with allergies and individual intolerance
Although beets are a natural product, they cause severe allergies, skin rashes, and digestive disorders in some people. If you experience unpleasant symptoms after consumption, it's better to exclude it from your diet.
