As foreign nutrition specialists note, in addition to the usual coffee and tea, there are a number of beverages that can effectively boost energy levels and productivity. Dietitian and Candidate of Medical Sciences Darya Rusakova discussed this in an interview with Russian media.

According to the expert, this beverage is rich in flavanols, which help improve blood circulation in the brain.
