However, for those who aren't ready to completely eliminate this product, Pons recommends choosing whole milk. He explains that this is the most natural option, as it undergoes minimal processing.
The doctor advises against semi-skimmed and skimmed milk varieties. He also doesn't recommend replacing milk with plant-based alternatives - soy, almond and others. Such beverages often contain stabilizers, preservatives and additives that can be harmful to health, the nutritionist emphasized.
