Doctor gave advice on restoring sleep schedule
In winter, many people have disrupted sleep patterns for various reasons, and to restore them, it's important to gradually shift the time of falling asleep. This advice was given by sleep medicine physician Maxim Novikov.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to "Gazeta.ru", the specialist identified a phased return to the usual schedule as the most effective way to normalize sleep. "You need to go to bed and wake up 15-30 minutes earlier each day," Novikov explained.
In addition, the doctor recommended limiting yourself to a light dinner two to three hours before bedtime, and avoiding contact with bright screens about an hour before falling asleep to not overload the nervous system and facilitate the process of falling asleep.
