African striker may join "Qarabag"

Football club "Qarabag" is considering the possibility of strengthening the team with a new striker during the winter transfer window.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to foreign media, the club is interested in 22-year-old Senegalese center-forward of Belgian "Liège" Oumar Diouf.

According to information, "Liège" has valued their player at 2 million euros. Earlier, the club rejected an offer from "Sint-Truiden" worth 1.2 million euros. Despite interest from several Russian teams, Diouf refused to move to the Russian championship.

It is noted that the striker, whose contract with "Liège" is valid until summer 2027, has impressed with eight goals and two assists in 17 matches across all tournaments.
