Why is the abandoned park in Baku still not improved?

The park located near the "Avtovokzal" metro station in the Binagadi district of Baku is in a neglected state.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to ATV, the trees in the park have dried up, and the benches have fallen into disrepair.

In addition, the absence of trash bins has led to unsanitary conditions.

Local residents living near the park express dissatisfaction and wonder why the area has not been improved yet.
