The father of Nazrin Mansurova, who died after surgery, suffered a heart attack

Aydin Abyshzade, father of Nazrin Mansurova who died after surgery in one of Baku's clinics, suffered a heart attack.

"A few days ago, I had a heart attack. I spent two days in the hospital. I underwent angiography, and they installed a stent. Doctors insisted on surgery, but I refused. Thank God, my condition is normal now. After Nazrin's death, my heart couldn't take it. It felt like it was torn apart," said Aydin Abyshzade.

Recall that on January 12, it became known about the death of Baku resident Nazrin Mansurova (born 1995) in the hospital where she was receiving treatment. The Prosecutor's Office of the Nasimi district began an investigation into this fact. It was established that on January 3, N. Mansurova underwent septoplasty in one of the clinics in the Nasimi district of the capital. Shortly after the surgical intervention, the patient's condition sharply deteriorated, and she died in the hospital.

A criminal case has been initiated on this fact under Article 314.2 of the Criminal Code (negligence resulting in death of the victim). The operating surgeon Sanan Mehtiev has been arrested.
