Major water pipeline accident in Baku: 9 microdistricts left without water

During the repair of an accident on the main line running through the villages of Khodjasan and Bilyajari, a larger scale of the problem was revealed.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to the United Water Supply Service of major cities under the State Water Resources Agency of Azerbaijan, after excavating the soil above the pipeline, significant damage was discovered.

Due to this, the repair work period has been extended until March 8.

During this period, there were interruptions in water supply in microdistricts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, the Vorovsky settlement, and part of the Narimanov district.

It is noted that tomorrow, water supply will be gradually restored to its previous mode throughout the day.
