In Azerbaijan, the last school holidays begin from this date

From May 1, additional spring break for primary grades will begin in state general education institutions.

As reported by BAKU.WS, from May 1 to May 5, 2024, primary school students in state general education institutions will go on a five-day additional spring break as part of the 2024/2025 academic year.

May 6 will be the first school day after the break for primary school students.

According to the "Model Charter of General Education School" approved by the Cabinet of Ministers, the academic year in general education institutions begins on September 15 and ends on June 14.

The first semester of the academic year covers the period from September 15 to January 26, and the second semester - from February 1 to June 14. During the academic year, autumn break is scheduled from November 16 to 20, winter break from January 27 to 31, as well as additional spring break for primary grades from May 1 to 5.
