In Azerbaijan, a father committed suicide, unable to cope with the death of his son

A suicide case occurred in Zardab district.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Teleqraf.com, on April 21 around 1 PM, Pehlivan Mammadov Javad oglu, born in 1960, hanged himself in the yard of his house in Gorugbagy village.

According to relatives, several years ago, P. Mammadov's son, who had recently returned from military service, drowned in the Kura River. At that time, P. Mammadov experienced severe shock, after which he began having health problems.

The Zardab district prosecutor's office is conducting an investigation into the incident.
