Powerful magnetic storm will hit Earth on February 1.

Scientists from the Solar Astronomy Laboratory of the Space Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS) report an approaching strong magnetic storm.

According to experts, Earth's magnetosphere will remain in a calm state for 24 hours. The probability of maintaining a calm magnetosphere is 78%, geomagnetic disturbances - 15%, and magnetic storms - 7%. No magnetic storms have been recorded in the past 24 hours.

However, on February 1, a powerful magnitude 5 magnetic storm is expected. Specialists warn about possible consequences:

• Fatigue

• Depressive states

• Control psycho-emotional state

• Avoid stressful situations

• Avoid alcohol, smoking, and strong coffee

• Exclude strict diets

• Limit consumption of fatty, salty, spicy, and smoked foods

• Reduce physical activity
