In Azerbaijan, a new system is being developed that will allow citizens to receive information about all utilities on a single platform and make payments more conveniently. With its help, users will be able to monitor their debts, consumption indicators, and tariffs for services such as electricity, gas, water, heating, and others.

According to the chairman of the board of the Association of Information and Communication Technology Industry of Azerbaijan (AIKTSA) Elvin Abbasov, the new system will ensure stable data exchange, and subscribers will be able to count on accurate and prompt service.

Approximately 50% of all notifications and services will be available through the state portal myGov. In the first stage, the project will be implemented in a pilot format - in Baku and other major cities. In the future, after the completion of the necessary infrastructure, the system is planned to be gradually implemented throughout the country.

It is expected that the new platform will eliminate current problems, such as discrepancies in addresses specified in different utility systems. It is also assumed that with its launch, the interaction between the population and utility services will become more transparent and efficient.

The project is being implemented by the Agency for Innovation and Digital Development.
