A huge park is being created in Baku

In the Khatai district of Baku, an expansion of the existing "Lovers' Park" is planned.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Iqtisadiyyat.az, this information was provided by the Executive Authority of Baku city. According to the statement, a design project and concept for the park's extension will be developed and approved.

Additionally, the project will include urban planning justification for the park's extension, a general plan, architectural solutions, power supply, fire alarm system, video surveillance system, water supply and sewerage, as well as park lighting, Wi-Fi system, and other issues. Besides this, a project for a new 5-hectare park in the capital will be developed.

Also, improvement and reconstruction works will be carried out on sidewalks, courtyards, parks, and gardens throughout Baku city.

It is reported that the preparation of design and estimate documentation has already begun.

The Executive Authority of Baku city has commissioned the development of the projects to "Az.Arxitektura" company and has signed a corresponding contract with them. According to the contract, the cost of developing the projects will amount to 3 million manats.
