Vladimir Zelensky thanked Ilham Aliyev

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky thanked President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev for his warm congratulations on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of Ukraine's independence.

As reported by BAKU.WS, the Ukrainian leader wrote about this on the social network X.

"Azerbaijan's position regarding Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity has always been firm, and therefore has always been highly valued. Together, we continue to develop our time-tested economic cooperation, opening new avenues in the fields of energy and security, as well as providing each other with assistance when necessary. I am convinced that the friendship, mutual respect, and strategic partnership between Ukraine and Azerbaijan will continue to strengthen," the post reads.
