Victory Day and the Shadow of Strange Actions

In these May days, former allies in World War II are celebrating the 80th anniversary of their common Victory. Tomorrow in Moscow on Red Square, the Victory Parade will take place, in which leaders of several states will participate as guests.
This is stated in the latest issue of the analytical YouTube project Caliber.
"Not long ago, Russian media published a list of heads of state whose participation in the parade was expected, and in some cases confirmed. Among them was also the name of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev. However, yesterday a message appeared that the head of the Azerbaijani state would not be able to participate after all.
The Russian president's aide for international affairs, Yuri Ushakov, answering a question from Kremlin pool correspondent Alexander Yunashev, said, we quote: "Aliyev will not fly in, unfortunately. They explained that he must participate in internal events dedicated to Heydar Aliyev," referring to the anniversary of the national leader's birth which falls on these days.
This is, of course, a sufficient reason for changing the original plans. But for our part, expressing, naturally, exclusively our private position, we would like to note that relations between Baku and Moscow in the last 5 months, to put it mildly, did not quite correspond to the spirit of the Declaration on Allied Interaction signed in February 2022. And, let's be completely honest, not through our fault," the material states.
