The foundation of the "Nakhchivan" hotel complex has been laid

On August 11, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva participated in the groundbreaking ceremony for the "Nakhchivan" hotel complex.

As reported by AZERTAC, the Head of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ramin Guluzade briefed the head of state and the first lady on the upcoming work.

It was noted that the total area of the complex will exceed 1 hectare. Along with the seven-story hotel building, technical structures and auxiliary sections will be created on the territory. The hotel will be able to accommodate 307 guests simultaneously. It will feature 131 rooms, including rooms for persons with disabilities.

Various catering facilities will be created in the hotel building - a café, a restaurant, as well as an event and banquet hall. The hall is designed for 350 people for banquets and 500 people for conferences. Meeting rooms, conference rooms, offices, and a gym will also be created here. The construction of an underground parking lot is also planned.
