Son of Lieutenant General Jebrail Usubov detained

Farid Usubov, son of former deputy chief of the Special State Protection Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan (now disbanded) Lieutenant General Jebrail Usubov, has been detained.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to gununsesi.info, he was detained by officers of the Main Directorate for Combating Corruption under the Prosecutor General.

According to the information, Farid Usubov held the position of head of the Port Point of the Main Customs Department of Maritime Transport and Energy Resources of the State Customs Committee.
