Sensational statements about Ramiz Mehdiyev

The former head of the Presidential Administration and the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan, Ramiz Mehtiyev, did not write anything himself. He invited people, gave instructions, determined the direction, and, of course, paid money for it.

As BAKU.WS reports, Professor Fikret Yusifov stated this in the Aktual Gündəm program on Baku TV.

"A person who possessed billions in such a huge empire, where was he supposed to spend this money? These books were sold to various organizations, districts, state structures, and local authorities. That is, they were not given away," he added.
