Sahiba Gafarova arrived in Geneva on a working visit

On July 7, a parliamentary delegation headed by the Speaker of the Milli Mejlis Sahiba Gafarova arrived in the city of Geneva in the Swiss Confederation to participate in the 6th World Conference of Speakers of Parliament and the 15th Summit of Women Speakers of Parliament of the Inter-Parliamentary Union.

As reported by BAKU.WS, this was announced by the press and public relations department of the Milli Mejlis.

According to the information, the Speaker of the Milli Mejlis was met at Geneva airport by Azerbaijan's Ambassador to Switzerland Fuad Iskenderov, Permanent Representative of our country to the UN Geneva Office Galib Israfilov and other officials.

It is noted that during the visit, the Speaker of the Milli Mejlis is scheduled to speak at events and hold a number of meetings with heads of delegations.
