Religious Symbolism in Geopolitical Confrontation: David versus Zulfiqar
We are on the threshold of a new era in the Middle East. The confrontation between Israel and Iran is now accompanied not only by the use of weapons, but also by religious and ideological symbols.
In this context, three parallel events stand out.
The "Rising Lion" operation launched by Israel on June 13, the unofficial name of the strategic air-logistic route used by F-35 fighters - "David's corridor", as well as the message from Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei, published on the social network X: "Ali returns to Khaybar with his Zulfiqar".
