President of Azerbaijan: Today we are building and creating in liberated Karabakh

Today we are building and creating in the liberated Karabakh.

As AZERTAC reports, this was stated by President Ilham Aliyev in his congratulation to the Azerbaijani people on the occasion of Victory Day.

"Today we, the masters of this land, are demonstrating to the whole world that this is our land. Because we are a nation of builders. During the occupation, Armenia only plundered our natural resources, cut down our forests, and illegally exploited mineral deposits. And we are building cities from scratch," the head of state noted.
