Nakhchivan, the liberated territories - East Zangezur, Karabakh - must be developed based on a unified concept.
As reported by AZERTAC, this was stated by President Ilham Aliyev in an interview with Azerbaijan Television in Nakhchivan.
Recalling that master plans for cities in all liberated territories had been approved, the head of state said:
"I gave instructions to develop and prepare the Master Plan for the city of Nakhchivan - it was presented to me today - and to take additional measures for the development of the city and the creation of modern infrastructure."
