President Ilham Aliyev: Today Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur are being revived

Today, Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur are being reborn. Today, the "Great Return" Program is being implemented.

As reported by BAKU.WS, President Ilham Aliyev said this during his speech at the military parade dedicated to the fifth anniversary of Victory in the Patriotic War.

"Schools, hospitals, industrial enterprises, power plants, reservoirs, and houses are being built. Over 60,000 people are already living, working, and studying in the liberated lands," said the head of state, once again congratulating our people on these historic achievements.
