On September 27, on the Day of Remembrance, President Ilham Aliyev sent a wreath to the Victory Park.
As Oxu.Az reports, the wreath was laid at the Victory Monument as a sign of respect for the memory of heroes who fell for the Homeland.
Note that today marks the fifth anniversary of the beginning of the 44-day Patriotic War of 2020.
