As reported by AZERTAG, President Ilham Aliyev stated this during a meeting with residents of Kalbajar city.

"The elimination of the so-called 'Lachin corridor' and its transformation into the Lachin-Khankendi road, as well as the establishment of a checkpoint on the Lachin direction at the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, at the same time taking important strategic points from November 2020 to September 2023, the operations 'Farrukh', 'Gyrkgyz', 'Sarybaba' - all this is our glorious history, and all this was part of our purposeful policy," emphasized the head of state.
