President: During the occupation Aghdam was essentially subjected to urbicide

During the occupation, Agdam was effectively subjected to urbicide. The city was completely destroyed by the Armenian state.

As reported by BAKU.WS, this was stated by the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev at a meeting with residents who relocated to the city of Agdam.

"This was a deliberate policy of the Armenian state, a clear example of hostile attitude toward us. And the goal was absolutely clear," the head of state emphasized.
