Azerbaijan attaches great importance to friendly relations with African countries.

As reported by BAKU.WS, this is stated in a publication by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Azerbaijan on the social network X on the occasion of Africa Day.

"On the occasion of Africa Day, we sincerely congratulate the governments and peoples of the African continent and extend our best wishes to them.

We highly value cooperation with our African partners in various spheres, including trade, education, energy, sustainable development, and humanitarian initiatives, and we look forward to further expanding our ties both on a bilateral basis and within the framework of international organizations.

Happy Africa Day!" the statement reads.
